You are cruel. The money goes to help find survivors, get food for survivors, make shelter, and give the animals you apparenty 'care' about food/shelter. You must be about nine years old. But they are still human beings. It should be up to a judge and a jury to provide punishment, wether it's jail or the death penalty. They still have rights although they commited heinous crimes.
