Do Brits Always Have The Last Word?
It seems that every time I have a converstion with a native of Jolly Ol' England, *they* are the one that MUST finish the converation. Face-to-face, on the phone, e-mail, Instant Messenger, ... it doesn't seem to matter. Any subject, however brief, will illicit a response. Is it just me, or do you find this, too?
