The legacy of Wilson and World War One was the Treaty of Versailles, a disaster that paved the way to World War Two. WW2 ended with the Marshall Plan, which resulted in Japan and Germany becoming successful allies of the US. President Bush has not mentioned any specific post-war plan for Iraq.
