Having lived in Iowa for a little over a year, I'm very proud of its supreme court for going against the vile homophobia all too common in the Midwest, and indeed in the entire country, to give a scapegoated minority this long-overdue civil right.
But what I want to know is: what's your opinion of this historic ruling?
How do you feel about the Iowa Supreme Court's decision to allow gay men and lesbians to marry?
||It's about time! Now, to liberate the 47 states that don't allow gay and lesbian marriage!
||It's an abomination, and will contribute to the eventual downfall of Christendom, Judaism, Islam, Scientology, etc.!
||Meh...who cares? It's none of my business, one way or the other.
