What is the most painful and debilitating (not deadly) chronic disease/condition

I am curious to see what is the most painful debilitating chronic disease that people deal with. I'm not talking about a disease that is unavoidably terminal like AIDS or cancer that is too far spread to cure but a disease that doesn’t bring death just daily chronic pain and disability. I know that pain with any disease varies from person to person so I know the result will vary. I would prefer for people to actually have personal experience with some type of daily chronic pain to vote. Or if you do not have personal experience I would prefer the person casting their vote to have regular direct contact with someone or people who suffer from various diseases that bring daily chronic pain. Not some random person who guesses that one would be worse then another, or is making the guess that one is more painful because it is more commercially discussed (Cancer).
