What are your complaints about the game?
The game is too short
It is boring (Either gameplay or story)
Nothing special: Hit & Run (PS2) had better features
The "free roam" is pointless- NOTHING to do around the city
Springfield is WAY too small, and half of it is cut off anyway (Hit and Run featured the whole city, and let you go to the power plant, mansions, MORE houses, and offered more like that in general.)

It has fun gameplay and a lot to offer
The animation clips are a great add, as well as the story
