Who has superior candy technology?
Different cultures and markets offer very different candy. American's are proud of snickers, twix, and just plain hershey's, but anyone who's been to the UK understands what the US is missing out on. As if to complicate the issue, Japan has pioneered incredible candy technology that boggles western consumers.
