Mister Poll: clothes for a waitresss job

I just started working as a waitress for T&A's which is sort of like Hooters. I want to know what is the best outfit to wear. My ex-boyfriend said I would look good in anything I wear, but better in less. I am 5' 7" with 32D-21-34.

Have you ever worked in a resturant? If so what type?

No, but I eat in resturants.

I must be sexy and appealing, but have some latitude in what I wear. I don't know whether to follow the manager's advise like some of the girls or stay conservative.

What kind of top should I wear? I must show some cleavage and my midriff. See below if you think I should follow my manager's suggestion

a tank top - the most common top of the others. My nipples show through some without a bra.

a halter top - full cup coverage and thick enough to not show through. Give some other suggestions if you want

a tube top - covers most of my boobs and thick enough to not show through. Give some suggestions if you want

a bikini top - 3 inch sliding triangles that covers about 1/3

The bottom is special order and made of a spandex/nylon blend with my name across the back. What kind should I wear? See the question at the bottom for my manager's suggestions on a pleated skirt

close-cut shorts - 8 inches long and half my bottom covered

skirt - 8 inches long and pleated - my manager's choice any suggestions?

An additional question after asking my manager what he recommended. No one much wants me to wear a bra. The manager's choice of top is a white cotton tank top with about 1/3 cleavage. Since my chest is pretty big, what style of top should I wear?

tank with two inch straps and cropped between my navel and the bottom of my chest and a loose fit

Another additional question. My manager's choice is a pleated skirt, but it can be shorter if I want. Again no one much wants me to wear anything more than a g-string. In addition, my legs will be bare except for some tennis socks. The skirt has four 5 inch panels and 3 inch pleats.
