During this years Prom, a friend of mine (17) passed out drunk. (I know, underage) He woke shortly after to find his shirt off, his pants around his feet with a man holding his arms above his head with an at least 30 year old woman "having relations" with him, without a condom. He's like me and will NOT do it without one. He tried to stop her, but being still drunk there was little he could do. Was this rape?
