At what point exactly did Scott McLellan lie?

Scott McLellan, who was Bush's former press secretary just wrote a "tell all" book where he says that he was mislead about both the war and the outing of Valerie Plame as an undercover CIA operative by someone in the Bush/Cheney administration. The questions on this poll will examine these topics.
