Blacksmiths need a marketable consumable item that players will actually buy (sharpening stones are not selling).

All professions need a strong upgrade path for their BoP armor, so it can scale with raid progression. (If there is a concern about who can access the upgrades, perhaps including raid-only components in the ingredient list would be one way to ensure that)

Stop dropping whole categories of crafted items from the recipe lists - give us more consistent itemization in our professions (Ex #1: No Fel Iron Arrows, only Adamantite Arrows) (Ex #2: Where did Wands made by Enchanters go??) (Ex #3: No new shirt recipes for Tailors):

More fun stuff! Engineers didn't get any new non-combat pet recipes, Leatherworkers cannot make the new and improved Leather Ball, Cooks don't have a higher level version of Deviate Delight or Dragonbreath Chili. Where's the love??

More novelty clothing options! People went ape over the Christmas outfits, why not give us more recipes like that? Something to wear around town or put on your banking alts that doesn't have a level requirement and just let's you express your individuality. The Tux is getting stale, let's add some real options.

In addition to more novelty clothing, how about shoes? The Winter Outfit actually had boots that went with it, but other clothing could use shoes as well. Perhaps some high heels? I'm sure there'd be lots of guys that want to see a night elf dancing in stilettos, heheh!

More gadgets and useful items for Engineers - the original game had lots of useful gizmos and trinkets. That thinking didn't seem to carry through the expansion, let's bring it back!

Why can Enchanters no longer make wands? Even better, let Enchanters make Rare (blue) wands for each class type. That would give them something marketable to sell that other players might actually want to buy.

Add a new section to the Auction House where people can post requests for crafted items. Some sort of bulletin board where buyers can place an order they want to buy. This would allow crafter's to serve individual buyers without having to guess what items will sell.

Cooking recipes for the new Sunwell fish - why didn't we get any? You give us new fish and nothing to do with them :P

Give us a way to grind old factions that were previously "raid only" factions. If you won't open up access to all the Zul'Gurub (etc) recipes, at least give us a way to gain faction with them.
