reality of guys beaten up VS movie/television scenes

Lets do a reality check on all those fast paced fight scenes in the movies and television where the puncher strikes 5 punches in less than a minute yet each punch hard enough to lift the victim off his feet. Lets look at the time involved and the endurance of the average guy to take multiple hits to his head face and stomach only to be stomped on then moments later fight back as though nothing had ever happened to him.
On the screen there seems to be two possibilities for a teenager male that is sucker punched in the stomach or under-belly; A. He grunts loudly, doubles over in pain, and drops to his knees. B. The punch bounces off him with little or no effect at all. Guys tell us what would happen to you if you were sucker punched in your stomach or navel area, meaning your muscles are at ease and you've no warning a punch is coming.
I would pass out
I would grunt, double over, drop to my knees, rock back and forth trying to catch my wind and ease the pain and hope I don't get kicked in the ribs or kidneys before I'm able to get up again
I would drop and vomit and be useless in any near future conflict
The punch would bounce off my fat, causing some pain, but I'd be ready to fight
I would grunt and double over and be slow to move much more before catching my wind
The punch would bounce off my muscle, perhaps sting a little, but I'd be quick to respond
I would grunt, double over, maybe drop to my knees and it might be a minute or more before I get back up
On the screen if a guy has his arms grabbed from behind he generally breaks free right away or at least after one or two punches hit him while he's spread eagled. Guys, how quickly are you able to break free when you're grabbed from behind and is anyone hitting you while you try? If it's never happened ask a friend to grab you and hold you as long and tight as he can and time it then consider how many times you would have been hit while trying to get free. Guys if it happened to you right now, would you break free and fight back or would you be stuck in a helpless position?
I would break free but not fast enough, I doubt I would win.
I would surrender as soon as my arms are held back
I would be able to break free right away and defend myself
I would be stuck in a helpless position long enough for someone to hit me enough times to either put me down or knock me out.
On the screen the punches are very fast yet have lots of force behind them. Guys, in reality can you have both?
one slow hard punch can knock the guy out while a series of weak fast punches stun the guy
No, most fights have fast weak punches but enough of them hit that the effect works
No, if you want force behind the punch it takes more time
