Exercise Routines and Punishments

A teenage boy is endeavoring on a new routine to loose weight. He is very under motivated, so needs to have some kind of motivation other than being thinner to loose the weight. Design a new set of rules and exercise routine. At the end of each month, the rules and routine the boy follows will be updated dependent on what you choose in the poll, and the boy will post updates. Be as mean as you want. The boy currently weights just under 12 stone, and his target weight is to be decided by you.
