Did she cheat??

Cheating or not? I recently found out that my wife had been speaking to another man on her myspace page, as well as text messaging and phone calls. I just also found out that she had spent the night at this man's house on two separate occasions. When I confronted her, she finally admitted to staying over his house, but says she did not cheat or have any physical contact. So did she cheat or not? Yes No
