Halloween Hijinks

This one's gonna take some explaining. I'm a guy with 2 younger brothers and along with our 3 cousins (all brothers), we have been doing stupid things since before I could spell my own name. Last Halloween, my youngest brother dressed like a woman for Halloween (I chose my favorite, a psychotic killer). It got me to thinking: this Halloween (2008) is going to be special for two reasons. #1- This is the first Halloween since I graduated high school. #2- This will be the only Halloween in which all 6 of us (me, my brothers and cousins) will be teenagers (the youngest turning 13 and the oldest not yet 20). Here are some ideas I have to make this Halloween the best we've ever had. I want a second opinion before I let the other guys in on my ideas.
Idea #1- The "Drag" race.) All 6 of us dress up like chicks and have a foot race for all to see. What do you think? (oh, and for the record we're all straight, I think, so don't start with the homo crap!)

Carve the pumpkins with outlines of certain body parts
A sign that reads "All women ages 18-30 must undress before stepping onto porch"

Hand out condoms along with candy
A poorly censored life-size cardboard cut-out of my cousin undressed for the occasion
Idea #3- Putting the horror back in Halloween) What should we do to terrify unsuspecting trick-or-treaters?
One of us pops out of garbage cans when people pass by
Dress one of us up like a scarecrow decoration that comes to life and raises hell
A papier-mache cobra that springs out of bushes when someone rings the doorbell
Rubber tarantulas dropping from the upstairs windows
A poorly censored cousin undressed for the occasion (I know that'd scare me)
Idea #4- Explanation) If the cops show up with questions concerning either sexually harrassed neighbors or traumatized toddlers, what do we do?
Lie our @$es off
Confess and go quietly
Provoke them into beating us with nightsticks while hidden cameras collect evidence of police brutality
Curl up into the fetal position and cry like little girls
Run out the back door when the cops show up
Blame you for motivating us to do disgust/terrify

Ding dong ditch during trick-or-treating hours
Add some perverted decorations to unsuspecting yards
Jackass in the Box (one of us pops out of a cardboard box and scares the people that answer the door)
Run before the cops show up
Idea #6- Halloween party) If we host a Halloween party, what should we do with those who don't wear a costume?
Provide them with one

Take turns hitting them with phonebooks or something
