How do you like your bacon, crispy or chewy?
I'm attempting to get to the bottom of bacon preference. I am referring here to steaky American bacon made from cured, smoked pork belly. I am NOT asking about Canadian bacon, British bacon, turkey bacon, tofu bacon, Kevin Bacon, Sir Francis Bacon, or bacon-flavored soy-protein granules.
