Starting my Own Iron Gym

Hi guys I owned a small gym in my house where I, my sons and some friends work out but now, I'm planning to invest a little money and decided to put up a small gym where the guys in the hood could workout for a little price. So I'll be needing an input from you. Please post in the messages section of you have anything to say or add. Thanks
