Positive, since free trade promotes global economic growth and raises people out of poverty, while interconnecting and strengthening businesses.

Positive, as long as it comes in the form of Fair Trade, economic justice, labor rights, cultural diversity and environmental protection as opposed to "McWorld" globalization.

Negative, since it's important to preserve national culture and not to compromise national security.

Negative, since globalization encourages too many immigrants and gets people to buy foreign products rather than their own nation's goods, resulting in an unfortunate loss of patriotism.
