Constipation Survey
Update: I note that many survey participants seem to have focused excessively on the benefits of liquids & fiber. Note that the Life Extension Foundation advises that fiber is not the solution for everyone, (see - L.E.F. RE: FIBER). I also read an article by a specialist who maintained that drinking excess liquid is just redundant as it exits through the urine. As for my own experience - I'd agree that excessive liquid is redundant, but still, lots of WARM water throughout the day, especially first thing in morning, relieves constipation.
