FAFSA Independency Age (Of 24) Needs To Change!!!

Now what is FAFSA? FAFSA is a federal program created to assist college students financially while going to college. Recently students have been unable to qualify simply because they are not considered "independent" which severely reduces their eligibility. It is absolutely ridiculous that the "independent age" for FAFSA is 24 years of age!!! I don't know about you but by the time I'm done with college I will probably be 24 or 25. So I miss out on being helped with school just because I am not supposedly "independent" because my AGE is not 24 or older?! I miss out on over half of my potential income because I go to college in order to better our economy by creating more jobs and this is what Uncle Sam gave me: A BIG FAT ZERO!!! If you are like me (a true hardworking student who's parents cannot help out at all financially) and you still haven't received any financial aid because of this stupid rule... Then let everyone else know that we need to change it, and change it soon!!!

Our government lowered the "independent" age before, only to again raise it because of people cheating the system and lying in order to only receive money. Do you think that our government should lower the FAFSA "independent" age, but more strongly regulate where the money can be spent?
