Videos - Tagged or Not?

As you know, I am encoding videos for iPod. Should I fix all the tags, which will delay the uploading time, or leave the tags empty, and start uploading right away?
Yes - I need my tags fixed before I download anything, no matter how long it takes!!
No - Who cares about tags? I want the videos ASAP!!
