Are the Bill of Rights intact?

There is a debate about whether our constitutional rights are being taken away right now? What do you think? I will write down selected amendments to the Constitution in the Bill of Rights and ask you if you believe they are intact or not. Please think about your answers and support your arguments in the comments section if you would like to.
