When do women experience their first orgasms and what is the cause or situation? How much time passes between the onset of sexual experiences and the experience of orgasm?

"Sex play" refers to sexual activities you engaged in with others prior to knowing what "sex" is. "Deliberate sex" occurs after you know the activities you are engaging in are sexual in nature. Children generally engage in sex play and adults engage in deliberate sex. The transition between sex play and deliberate sex usually occurs during adolescence, but some sexual experimentation may occur during early adulthood and some girls become sexually aware at a young age. Adult sex play may refer to sexual experimentation where orgasm was not pursued.
