Some people (mainly the baby boomlets) seem to think that marriage is pointless and not worth it. Either people are scared or they just don't see the point anymore. What do you think?

How do you feel when you hear that marriages aren't lasting as long as they used to. In Sensus study, on average...today's marriages only last 2 to 4 years where as they used to last 8 to 10.
It's sad to hear that people aren't finding true love

Last but not least. In America, the percentage of couples who get married each year has gone way down. In Northwestern Europe there are cities where marriage is actually looked down apon. So why do you think that marriages are not lasting and why is it that people are starting to find marriage pointless?
