As they were at the Olympics I think Nicole Bobek was much bigger and taller than Dominique (who was only 4'6" tall) and Nicole should have won easily, then I would have compared Dominique to Tara Lipinski, however since then Dominique Moceanu has grown and they are closer to the same size, most recent statistics on Dominique I found were 5'2" and less than 120 Lb. While Nicole is still bigger at 5'5" and 120 lb, so it would be a closer fight.
