This is a good way to keep kids busy, so they don't get in trouble. The juvenille crime rate may go down.
This is a good way to foster community spirit and bring us together again, on a nationwide level, by cheering for our young people. Ever since the 9/11 terrorist attacks, our sense of unity seems to have grown apart.
We can charge a nominal fee for tickets to the games--or not, depending on the results of a national poll, for example--but still keep it reasonable for families.
The revenue generated by such fees can be put to use by the cities, for things such as churches and community-based organizations (CBO's), teen and youth activity centers and after-school programs, anti-crime and anti-drug campaigns, etc.
This endeavor may create new jobs in the respective communities, such as sports coaches, food and merchandise vendors at the sites, counselors and others who take care of kids, etc.
If this thing really takes off and becomes super-popular, stuff can be made and sold such as team apparel and other merchandise. This will create even more money and jobs.

No, I think you've got it all! And this whole project sounds like a great idea! I'm proud of you! I wish you luck talking to anyone who can help get this off the ground and running!
