Mountain King (most likely race specific)
Blood Mage
Blademaster
Far Seer
Tauren Chieftain (most likely race specific)
Shadow Hunter
Demon Hunter
Warden
Priestess of the Moon (if mount combat is ever added or Blizz finds a way to make it work)
Lich (undead specific but hard to imagine)
Beast Master
Brewmaster (especially if Pandarens are implemented but works with other races)
Alchemist (though that is a profession we never know how Blizz could flip it)
Tinker
Spellbreaker
Riflemen
Knight (though that seems better suited as a title/rank)
Witch Doctor
Spirit Walker

Elven Ranger/Ranger (pretty much like a hunter but focuses on the bow and druidic/nature magic)
Assassin (just cause that's badass)

Mounted Warrior (though mounted combat would, of course, need to be implemented)

Runemaster (quite easy to pull off now that we have a Rune type resource in place with WotLK)
Bombardier (for those who like to blow stuff up)

Steamwarrior (easier now that Siege weapons are coming)
