how my friend dresses up

I am a female high school student and I have a friend that always leaves his buttoned up shirt untucked when he dresses up (even though his tie is tied tightly and he is wearing nice dress pants and shoes). He also does it when he is wearing his school uniform. I personally think it is disgustingly sloppy. what do you think?
