Well Lindsay has done it again she's gone and got herself into trouble with the law over drinking and driving and now even a suspended liscene driving charge and possession of cocain.

Okay most people now know that Lindsay was caught again. Now Paris was made to go to jail for the same offenses, Nicole Richie is going to jail as well now for DUI charges. Should Lindsay have to suffer the same punishemnt?

Paris was put in Solitary for her own protection, do you think Lohan should be given the same if sent to jail?
