Do you find that many (not all) African American Men seem to change, or almost adapat to racisist remarks on the job, just to keep their position? For example: Let's say Caucasian Male sends an email to all his co-workers (including an African American Male). In the email it a joke that states "Why doesn't Tiger Woods like GREENS? Answer: Because he would rather play on his GREENS instead of eat them! (Do you find that for job security, African American Men will laugh it off as if it was nothing offensive about the joke?)
