In high school, boys' hormones are raging, and understandably so. However, their seemingly out-of-control sex drives are not limited to attractions to girls. Indeed, teenage boys who consider themselves "straight" have been known to fantasize about other boys in addition to girls. This poll is for "straight" boys in high school (about 14-18 years of age) and is intended to find out how widespread this behavior is as well as some specific details about it.

A potential problem with this issue is that, while the phenomenon is certainly real, most (if not all) "straight" boys would be far too embarressed to admit to having any such fantasies. So, if asked in person, they would simply deny it, regardless of whether they engaged in the activity or not. It is for this reason that I would like to stress to all potential takers of this poll that it is completely, 100% ANONYMOUS. This means that no one - absolutely no one - will ever know how you respond to these questions, so there is no need to feel awkward or embaressed. I therefore urge you to respond honestly and not hold anything back. Doing so will actually work to your advantage, as you will be able to get a feel for where your peers stand on this issue, assuming everyone is honest.

NOTE: I put "straight" in quotation marks because there really isn't such a thing as a truly heterosexual teenboy when you think about it. Sexual orientations are only definite at the conclusion of adolescence, a stage these boys have not yet reached. Adolescents only feel that they are one orientation or another, and its the ones that feel they are heterosexual that I will refer to as "straight."
