Devolution and the Union

Devolution/federalism all round - everyone gets their own parliament
Barr Scottish MPs from voting on English issues (as deemed by some committee which reviews legislation)
Decrease number of Scottish MPs at Westminster - lessen the effect
There is no solution other than the union coming to an end
