It's pretty obvious to me, considering there are over a hundred countries around the world with U.S. military bases in them. Plus, the U.S. finds some reason to intervene almost every year somewhere around the world, and ends up leaving a base there. It's pretty obvious to me, based on those facts and others, but the question is, do you think so?
