Is the world flat?

Exodus 20:4 tells us "Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is IN HEAVEN ABOVE, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the WATER UNDER THE EARTH. Does this mean that the world is flat?

Yes.

What about the Round Earth theory? can there be water beneath a round earth?

Of course, the world is round and there is water beneath it.

No, the world is flat--the bible proves it.

If the world was round, an American and an Australian pointing toward "Heaven Above" would be pointing in opposite directions. Therefore:

Yes. Its not just any old passage--Exodus 20:4 is one of the Ten Commandments.
