Today, feeding-tubes are considered life-support in some states. Should a state court set in judgement of a disabled patient who has no written directive? Hopefully, this poll will give some insight into how the majority of people feel about judges setting in judgement of those who have not committed a crime.

When there is no written directive (living will),and the patient is not in the process of dying,do you support pulling one's feeding tube?

If a married man (or married woman)is guardian of their disabled spouse, and has decided to move on with his/her life with another partner ,other than the one he/she is married to,should he/she have the right to remove his/her spouse's feeding tube or other life support for the sole purpose of ending the disabled spouse's life?
