Feeding tubes,Life-Support and no Written directive

Today, feeding-tubes are considered life-support in some states. Should a state court set in judgement of a disabled patient who has no written directive? Hopefully, this poll will give some insight into how the majority of people feel about judges setting in judgement of those who have not committed a crime.
When there is no written directive (living will),and the patient is not in the process of dying,do you support pulling one's feeding tube?
