What Shoes Does the Wather Channel's Marshall Seese Wear?

I watch the Weather Channel every morning when Marshall Seese is the newscaster. He is always well-dressed in an expensive business suit, silk tie, starched shirt, great haircut because he is on television. But in all these years I have NEVER seen his shoes. What kind of shoes does he wear? The fancy leather dress shoes that usually go with a suit? Or is he barefoot? Or something else?
