Vote your opinion on common regional/foriegn accents. If you aren't familiar with a certain accent that is listed, don't vote for it. Also, a lot of people with a "general American" accent are under the impression that they have no accent. Well, you do, so take it into account! Also, I know I'm not listing all the accents out there, just the most well known, general ones (from my American perspective).
