What are women talking about when they complain that "men never put the seat down"?

What do they mean when they say "Put the seat down"?

Put the lid down, so nobody can see in.

Leave the lid up, but put the seat-ring down.

Women always put fluffy lid covers on their toilets, so when you put up the ring-seat to pee, it falls back down again. Why do they do this?

They never put the seat up, so they don't know that it falls down,

They want to hear it bang down, and then laugh.

They do it to create a lose-lose situation for visiting men.

That's the only way they can guarantee that the seat gets put back down.

They want men to pee on the seat.

Men, when the seat won't stay up and always falls down, what do you do?

Hold it up with one hand.

Pee through it, trying to miss the seat.

Pee through it, hitting the seat on purpose.

Don't ask me---I'm a woman.

Women, why aren't women obliged to leave the seat up, for the convenience of men.
