Should GW Bush be held responsible for ignoring all the scientific data that said in 2000, if we don't pay attention to the environment, we will have horrific problems with natural disasters in the near future? (Remember, he ENCOURAGED wasteful gas consumption by taking away laws put in place for OUR ENVIRONMENT's protection so that HE and D. Cheney could literally make more money off of oil. As he came into office, he took away laws that required new vehicles manufactured to achieve higher mpg, and changing emissions laws on large trucks and SUVs...)
