Camera up the skirt?

Some things like this have been happening in our Catholic high school. A guy follows a girl up the stairs with a camera and takes a picture up her skirt. I want to do the same thing, and I'm wondering what people thing about it.
EVERYONE: Have you ever seen or heard of anything like this happening?
