This is my first time creating a Poll here,... my first time ever for that matter. I have a vague idea what Radio buttons are, and drop-down boxes and list boxes. But i'm not sure. Probably you don't know 'em either, so let's try this... I'm going to use the Radio buttons for this one, and you tell me what you prefer. I'll use all five types of "boxes" in the next five questions starting with this one which is RADIO BUTTONS, and at the 6th question, you answer ounce more what type you like to see if it's the same as your answer from the the first question. I tried out FARcRY yesterday on my comp, and am sad to say that my vid card is old (Radeon8500-64) I'm gonna get the 9800 PRO, but am wondering what all u gamers are pushing your pixels with.

If you played METAL GEAR SOLID : TWIN SNAKES for the GC yet. What did you think of it ?

One thing that's been bothering me lately is character. What do you think of NPC (non playing characters) and the protagonist's (you in the game) behaviour in game ?

1st person or 3rd person view ? 1st person = when you see through the eyes of the character.example: Half-Life 3rd person = when you see the character (you) running around on the screen. example: Splinter Cell

One interesting thing about video games is that most often you'll be portrayed as someone you're not. Example, FarCry, Splinter Cell and just about any 3rd person game. This usually is what makes us feel as though we're in* the game, we're someone else. Thats all fine and dandy, but thats not the only way to make you feel engrossed into a particular fantasy world. There's also the No see/No hear the protagonist type of game. For example, Half-Life was played through without any cutscenes or voice acting from "your" part, to make way for the feeling of actually being there. That is, the character does'nt say anything *for* you. Some games practice this to some extent. Ex: Wind Waker (see yourself, but not hear yourself). Which do you prefer >? I hope this was'nt biased by my lengthy explanations.

Piracy, the big subject. Now i know this is sensitive stuff but try and answer truthfully. It gives everyone fair idea of people's stance on this subject.

We've all heard of people saying it's our right to back up our own purchased media right? So what do You think of it ?

Here's a twist... You've got a great media collection. All are "legally" backed up. Technically, you've got a pefect replica of your media library. Now, say you want to sell it, the whole thing. Is it legal to sell your media library advertised along with it's perfect backup? Notice there's no "sell the original, keep the backup" option. That's not alright.

Here's a good one: Which controller you do you prefer ? PC mousekeyboard is'nt included, cuz everyone knows it's the best. :P

Do you think there should be a LAW that obligates all game publishers to release their games on PC platform as well?
