School Toilet Use Poll

I am a child advocate hoping to obtain some information on how many people have experienced a situation in school in which a teacher denied or restricted toilet use. This information will be helpful in trying to raise public awareness to this issue so that laws can be established to protect children's human rights. You can do this poll for yourself or on behalf of your own child (if doing for your child, fill in child's age and sex, and answer the last question appropriatly- then do the poll again for yourself!). For more information about this issue, including the health risks of denying children toilet use, please visit: www.childadvocate.org
