pot

I'm all for pot being legal. But isn't using "God's Law" a bit ridiculous...especially since God's Word is meant to modify man's behavior in relation to nature?Nature is amoral and doesn't give a crap what anyone does...but humans have the ability to make choices...so isn't God's Law a way to sway men to do the 'right thing?',even if many of those things go against nature?Maybe pagan gods would think it's cool.

Actually...NO. Living in BALANCE with nature has been taught throughout religions as well, (as it is ALSO part of GOD's creation) but has been kept in the background. Jesus was known to have used these oils for medicinal use. This was verified years ago in articles in Canada's Oldest Newspaper--"The Whig Standard" for one. The Human race & Cannabis have an extremely long history of "Togetherness" for MANY uses...that is until government corruption saught to remove it from the hands of the poor by making it criminal...thus tightening their control and manipulation on the poor. If anyone can have it, grow it, use it as GOD intended, etc. there will be no more POOR. your humble servant, Ancient Clown

I reach you,Ancient Clown...I believe in what you seek(I think). But wouldn't it be easier for the gov't to just let the poor(or even make it easier for them)to just smoke their brains out, thus enabling it to maintain even greater control over a segment of the population? If religion can be said to be the opium of the people, doesn't it follow that pot--closer resembling opium than religion--might end up filling the same need? Also, pot has become as much a drug of the rich,as the poor,in the decades since the '60's(in spite of its relative cheapness).Unfortunately, the drugs distinguishing the poor today, are crystal meth and crack...which are relatively unpopular among the rich.Does this mean that those best living in harmony with the way of the leaf, are today's rich(or ,at least,middle-class?
