What is your position on gay marriage?
Homosexuals already have the same right as everyone else, to marry someone of the opposite sex.
Granting people the right to marry the same sex is granting a special right to people who don't deserve anything more than the rest of society. Homosexual marriage is not a civil right but rather people who think that, because of their sexual proclivity, deserve special treatment under law.
But: if gay marriage were legal, straight people would have the right to marry same-sex people, too. It would not be a special right.
"Homosexual marriage is not a civil right but rather people who think that, because of their sexual proclivity, deserve special treatment under law. "
Straight "sexual proclivity" gets "special teratment." What's the diff?
If you don't know the difference maybe you should think about retaking your highschool health class.
Being straight isn't a proclivity, it is the biological fact of reproduction and the continuation of the human race.
