To Deepdarkdesire: Asskicking Ghandi is a familiar ghoul of misterpoll who does the rounds spouting off random gibberish on boards. Ignore him before he begins talking about "tuna"... trust me.

Anyway this poll is intersting. I look forward to hearing peoples opinions.

My general beliefs are consistalt with left wing views. I dont belive we should treat kids as adults. There is ample reasoning that justifys that they simply are not developed enough to hold responsibility.

The issues of course are far more complex. For instance : What about the victims and how they have suffered? .

Interesting isnt it? .

O.k.--but what about the larger problem(if you're correct;I think you are)of adults being treated as though they were children with no responsibility,by our society?

I meant to say,I agreed about children not being capable of full responsibility...not bout the $%!@-raping.
