The 36 - 45 range you gave seems rather restrictive. Wouldn't it be better to enlarge it, to at least 55 on the up side? (I'm not 28 quite yet, so have no personal agenda.)

I gave the 35-45 age range because in general women of that age group seem to have reached their sexual peak, and are more likely to be sexually assertive/aggressive than women of other age groups. Younger women haven't yet reached their peak and older women are approaching/going through/have passed the menopause which can reduce their libido.
Also, I've recently been having fantasies about being spanked by women aged 35-45, though I enjoy being spanked by women of any age! (except possibly the really old).
