How do you feel about public intoxication and drunk driving

I'm a little suprised...

Even as early on as it is, I think it's interesting that the cost of the test would seem irrelevant. Many might claim that the cost may be too expensive... well, keep voting... and thank you

As the creator of this poll I invite you to say anything in regards to this test... as long as you do not unduely attack any of the posters or this poll's creator. It's absolutely free to sign up, and you don't get spammed by this site.

If you would like to add input or insight as to why you answered the way you did, I'm sure it would help me and others who might find this info useful or at least entertaining.

For instance, for those of you who think this poll is biased, I'd like to know how and why. And for those of you who think this poll is an obvious attempt to get info for a future diatribe, why you think that is and if you think that believing I am an officer or lawyer or not.

Alcohol related crimes and events affect entire families and communitties; so, this info may be beneficial in how such things are handled in the future.

Sincerely, Shadowwatcher P.S. If you know me, do not give hints or make mention of anything that may alter the outcome of other posters responses... Thank you... and above all... no stupid or pety remarks that don't concern this issue. Thank you.

As well, in the interests of honesty and accuracey, voteonly once [well twice at the most], and do not answer falsely to alter the true results of this poll, in order to make fun of other people.

Privilege to Arrest- Officer may arrest for felony if reasonably believes that felony committed and person arrested committed it. A citizen may arrest for felony if felony in fact committed and reasonably believes person committed it. Officer and citizen may arrest for misdemeanor breach of peace [[if committed in their presence]] (but deadly force never used for misdemeanor)

Self-Defense- ∆ reasonably believes he is about to be attacked and may use reasonable force. (most states require retrieval if can be done before using deadly force, defense not available to initial aggressors, reasonable mistake allowed).
