They're uncut. I saw one of them peeing at a urinal last year and took a really good look. It was like the size of a peanut, even though an incredibly hot, foreskin covered peanut. It looked hard, like plaster of paris that wouldn't retract, and the hole was on the top, like the whole thing was turned upside down. It looked like an upside faucet, and the pee shot out with difficulty.
