Word Definition Change to Ease Racial Tension

Personally, I think that the n word is bad for everyone, no matter who uses it against whom. I think that when anyone haphazardly uses the n word - or any other derogatory or inflammatory word in relation to political persuasion, religious belief, background or gender - they are just showing how ignorant and uneducated they really are. I do not think that changing the definition of the word n----r (or n---a, the spelling of the word that hip-hoppers use) will improve race relations, which have been needing much work for YEARS. Only communication, education and respect will really do the job.
