Vulnerabilities: who is responsible?

You don't give the option of choosing home/personal users and there for this poll is useless. I can only blame the user for not protecting themselves with all of the free programs available to do so. If you have enough sense to use the internet or an email program then you can't NOT know that lonely little geeks are sitting in their dark basements creating trouble for everyone else. Wake up people and start taking care of yourselves for a change!
